Terms and Conditions

General Use

By using SideKick, you agree to use the app lawfully and responsibly. You are responsible for the information you submit, including team details, messages, events, and member content.

SideKick is provided on an as-is basis without guarantees that the service will always be uninterrupted, error free, or suitable for every team, club, or organisation. Features may change, be improved, or be removed over time.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SideKick is not liable for indirect loss, lost profits, lost data, scheduling mistakes, missed notifications, or decisions made by users based on information inside the app. Teams and users remain responsible for confirming important details independently when needed.

You must not misuse the service, interfere with the app, attempt unauthorised access, or upload unlawful, harmful, or misleading content. We may suspend or remove access where necessary to protect the app, users, or legal obligations.

Super Sidekick Subscription

Super Sidekick is a team subscription. When a manager purchases Super Sidekick, the upgrade applies to the selected team and unlocks that team's premium features. It does not create a personal premium entitlement for the individual manager outside the team that was upgraded.

Super Sidekick is priced at A$95.99 per year in Australia, which is approximately A$8.00 per month, and is charged annually through Apple App Store or Google Play. Any future price change only applies to a later renewal term where permitted by the relevant store rules.

If a manager cancels auto-renewal, the team keeps Super Sidekick access until the end of the current paid term. Cancellation stops the next renewal only. The team's premium access ends when the paid subscription term expires unless a valid renewal or restored purchase is in place.

Subscription billing, renewal, cancellation, refunds, and payment method management are handled by Apple or Google. Where a management link is available in SideKick, it opens the relevant store subscription page. Store terms and policies also apply.

Each Apple ID or Google account can hold one active Super Sidekick subscription at a time. This means a single account can upgrade one team. If you manage multiple teams and want to upgrade a different team, you must first cancel the existing subscription and wait for it to expire, or use a separate store account. This limit exists because the subscription is tied to the store account used for billing.

Deleting a Team

If you delete a team that has Super Sidekick, the team and its associated subscription entitlement in SideKick are deleted immediately, and that team loses premium access at once. Deleting the team also removes the team data linked to that subscription.

Deleting a team does not automatically override Apple App Store or Google Play billing rules. If a store subscription is still set to renew, the manager who purchased it must also cancel that renewal in the relevant store to prevent another renewal charge.

Legal Note

These terms are a general app use statement only and do not create legal, employment, coaching, medical, or safeguarding advice. If you need formal legal protection tailored to your business, you should have full terms reviewed by a qualified lawyer.
